About Us
To begin with we are a VERY small team of just 3 people, but we all share a passion for clothes and artistic design. Each of us have a designated portion of the business that we are working towards. We began selling at the start of November and since then we have been able to expand and increase our stock day by day :)
We try and make our process as ethical and eco friendly as possible, we pay the few people who work for our team fairly and try to find the most eco friendly materials that we can within our pricing budget, so we can offer an ethical and fair product without doubling the cost.
We are based online, but we would LOVE to expand to a physical building, however this isnt at the top of our priorities. (some of you have asked)
We are based in the UK, but we offer shipping worldwide!! we believe this to be the best way to win over a customer :), we are hoping we can keep this element of our store and service, however this is an issue out of our control due to changes in polices which make shipping internationally more expensive. But for now SHIPPING IS FREE!
Shipping
Shipping is something that we value greatly at Bleach Studios, we ship out orders as often as we can (weekly usually) and try to get each order shipped within at most a week from the date of purchase. However if your product is any later we are likely to send you an email to let you know the status of your order :)
All orders take 1-3 weeks from dispatch to reach your home and this is something we can assure through tracking numbers etc. Delays are not in our hands, once dispatched we have no control over the package so if you have put the wrong address it is important that you contact your local shipping agency!
Refunds/Returns
We Do Not Accept returns as of now, unless there is an issue with your order We will ofcourse refund you asap if we have made an error on our end!
